Important Notice -Non-NHS "To Whom it May Concern" Letters

Please be aware that the practice no longer provides "To Whom it May Concern " Letters or other general letters that are classed as non-NHS work and are not covered by the NHS contract.

Such letters may include:

·         Ability to attend college/university or courses

·         Housing or landlord requests

·         Gym or lifestyle scheme letters

·         General confirmation letters without a specific medical purpose

Unfortunately, due to increasing workload and pressures on clinical services we are unable to continue to provide this service.  We will of course continue to provide all letters and medical reports that are required as part of NHS treatment.
